It's a society that's supposed to have a declining birthrate
According to the 2024 vital statistics released by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the annual birth rate of Japanese people will fall below 700,000 for the first time.
The government has deemed the declining birthrate "the greatest crisis facing the country" and is taking measures to address it, but some experts have pointed out that "we have reached the stage where we need to reconstruct society based on the premise of a declining birthrate."
As part of measures to combat the declining birthrate, worth 3.6 trillion yen per year, the government is gradually implementing measures such as expanding child allowances, making university tuition free for large families, and raising childcare leave benefits.
However, the number of births has continued to decline even into 2025, and the effectiveness of these measures is unclear.
I thought that the government should have adopted a policy to deal with the declining birthrate as soon as possible.

I'm worried about what my future holds due to the declining birthrate and aging population.
